Tailoring & Alterations
For tailoring or alterations, please contact us before sending your item. You may provide your measurements and explain exactly what alterations you would like through our email or directly through our tailor’s number. Items may also be brought to our store in person for assistance.
How It Works
- 1. Contact us first. Reach out by email or by calling our tailor before you mail anything.
- 2. Send your details. Share your measurements and the specific alterations you would like.
- 3. Mail or visit. Mail your item to the store, or bring it to us in person for a fitting.

Text the TailorIf an item mailed to us arrives visibly damaged or broken, we will contact you as soon as possible and within 24 hours of receiving it.
IndoPak Heritage is not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping before an item reaches our store, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded. Our goal is to provide helpful tailoring services and help you achieve the best possible fit.
